This is honestly probably the most well run McDonalds in Denver. The staff are prompt and very helpful and polite. Quick service. Clean restaurant. Night and day compared to other McDonald’s I have been to! Great job!!

These folks are just genuinely mean. I ordered a large macchiato today, and was handed an iced coffee in a medium cup. I explained I had ordered a macchiato, and the individual in the drive through immediately argued with me that he had just stirred it. I asked for the macchiato I had ordered, knowing it was iced coffee in the cup, and watched them fill a medium cup with regular cream, and a splash of their iced coffee on top. So I just asked for a refund instead, which the lady at the counter was very rude about. She gave me a nasty look and didn’t say a word the entire exchange. I was also shorted on my refund. It wasn’t worth going back for the money they still owed me. I usually avoid this location if at all possible, but the location on Evan’s wasn’t accepting mobile orders. What a crummy experience.

i ordered a smoothie with my meal today and this is how i ended up getting it after the girl had already tried to play and pretended to “forget my smoothie” now i work in the food Industry and i understand rushes can be hard but you get paid to do this shit so do it

They dont toast your bread anymore. They also dont fill your drinks all the way and sometimes the orange juice is watered down. Sad.

Charged me for specialty sauces on the app and refused to give them to me because I didn't order chicken mcnuggets.I ordered fries to dip them in, but that wasn't enough for the woman at the drive through window. I also explained that a previous order placed at a McDonald's further away. Did not give me my sauces and that's why I was making this order.And that was not enough for the woman at the drive through window. Do not order food from this McDonald's. They upcharge more than the McDonald's 5 seconds down the road..
