This location has gone downhill. Won’t be going back here anytime soon. This was the only one left that seemed to even care about the quality of the food that was produced. Went in there today the meat was raw, took it back to the counter and was told “that the thermometer temperature checks OK. The meat was raw. It was red.”

This is probably the best McDonalds in Denver. You’d not think so since it’s on East Colfax. The food is always picture perfect. Special requests are followed. The staff are all great. They even learn your name when you are a regular. I order online for pic up and the food is always fresh and ready for me ten minutes after I place my order.

I’m so done with this place. This is the third time I feel like the employees have looked at my order and thought oh it’s a DoorDash order. Let’s just screw it up. Extra sauce doesn’t mean COMPLETELY DESTROY an $18 meal because you’re mad at your job. I think I’m just done ordering food here altogether. Nobody ever wants to fix it. The employees are hateful and give zero care. Guess what guys? The people ordering food here are usually poor too. We have a different Job that we hate yet we still serve our customers like they matter, instead of ruining their entire meals for them. I’ll be just calling corporate tomorrow since it’s apparent there’s not an accountable or apologetic manager in site.

Got the Big Arch burger for the first time. It was very good! Not $10 good though. Way too expensive for a fast food burger. I don’t eat McDonald’s often and I was glad I tried it. Waiting 12 minutes for the fries was crazy and resulted in my 3 star rating…
