This is the second time I've had an issue with this place getting my order wrong. Today I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to stop by again. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with no egg and add bacon and received it with cheese and two peices of bacon. On an almost 20 dollar order. I've seen people's comments and its a lot of the same issue. Food errors. While I understand this place is relatively new I can't help but let something like this ruin my morning especially at 7 weeks pregnant just wanting a breakfast sandwich.

Extra shoutout to the excellent young woman working the late night window, Lisbeth! I hope her managers can see these reviews because she was exceptionally kind to me today and just brightened my day after having a long shift at work :) thank you! I always come after hours because I have to work until 1130pm and I never have any issues with the overnight team! They always make my food fresh and haven't gotten my order wrong yet, my wife and I have never had a problem at this location. Some lady was freaking out about an issue that the workers COULD not control, and throwing a hissyfit, making a scene, and the workers were still being so professional about it. 💯 good job yall, I think entitled people just like to complain and take it out on service workers instead of just being adults about issues if they come up 🤷‍♀️

Came to pick up my mobile order and they forgot my double cheeseburger, not a problem came all the way back to get another one, I did forget to tell them the modifications at first but I expect my cheese to be melted and a new burger the cheese is colder than the air outside! And they use the same burger the half clean off ketchup with onion is so obvious. People have food allergies people do your job!

Omg sooo good!!! I headed here last night for a pick me up because I had a rough day. I ordered a 4 piece and a drink just to get me through. When I went to the window Shelbey was super nice and super sweet!! I think she could tell I had a bad day and she went above and beyond to help me and make me feel better when also she had a bad day!! It made me smile for the first time today and I thanked her and told her it made my day and night!! She is wonderful and a wonderful employee!!! Highly appreciated!!! Thanks again Shelbey!!

Very bad service and poor employee performance! I had a very small and short order , the lady upfront of the drive way told me to pull over to the pick 1 parking spot , had me waiting there right for about 10 minutes with another customer whom was right behind me in the drive through, couple minutes later , the employee shows up and gives her order First instead of mine which I was right in front of her and was waiting even longer! She took of and I waited even longer, total was 20 minutes of wait time before my order arrived! DON'T COME HERE! This local is not worth wasting your time on inexperienced young adults!
