Slowest “fast” food i’ve ever gotten. Got a cheeseburger and it took 15 minutes. Only had one pickle and no cheese!

Idk why it’s so hard to just get an order correct. I just picked up my lunch and asked for a crispy chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce. They always give me trouble and say they have to charge me for the deluxe and remove the tomato instead of just adding lettuce and mayo to the original. Asked 3 times for the mayo and lettuce, they gave me a damn spicy chicken with some orange sauce on it.

Slow service. Took 18 minutes to get (3) cheeseburgers and (1) medium fries. Usually online counter pick-up orders take 2-5 minutes, but when I asked about my order, they had it ready in 30 seconds. Great play place area for kiddos.

I ordered on uber eats because my sister is staying with me, we got a cheese burger....apparently from hell because why is it 98% pepper. And all the other ones were the same except for one. And listen i get wanting to spice it up but this is to the point of inedible. Please consider firing the freak that did this or honestly maybe open a pepper factory.

I have been coming to this location for about 13 years now, and I tell you they don’t give a crap about their customers.. no matter your loyalty to the restaurant.. if you have something that’s free on your app or your paying only a few dollars for it don’t expect it to taste or be prepared correctly. They advertise free French fry Friday and when you get your so called french fries for free it’s halfway full and has way too much salt on it. And those hard earned rewards for free food pretty much go to waste because they make you crap on purpose.
