The worst location ever, bad service bad food bad management don’t ever come to this location , specially at night all employees are not normal. I order mc chicken , It’s fine to forget some of the topping, but not the whole chicken

I ordered food through the drive-thru and paid with the mobile order receipt. I never received my order, and there was a communication barrier since I am Deaf. When I tried to explain, staff did not help with clear communication, and the manager called 911 instead of resolving the problem. The police came, checked my payment, and confirmed a refund, but I was not apologized to for the misunderstanding. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the experience. I hope the restaurant trains staff on communication access and handles situations like this better in the future, especially for customers with disabilities.

If I could give it, zero stars, I would, but I can’t. I ordered combo of 20 piece chicken nuggets, four hot and spicy and four medium fries, but it didn’t come with four fries. It came with one fry, and then all of the fries were all around the bag. This is a bad experience with McDonald’s and I tried calling their telephone number, and they wouldn’t answer. I called it like 20 times, and they didn’t answer. Honestly, this is the most terrible service I have ever gotten.😔

If I could give 0 stars I would, do not come here. Save your money, time & energy going somewhere else. Ordered curbside and put my parking spot number and spent 30 mins waiting. Called 5 times with no answer so I decided to pull out and get in the drive thru that was already a very long line. Once it was my turn I explained I’ve been waiting for a curbside for 40 mins now after being in line. Btw there was a car beside me that was waiting longer than I have. Anyway I was told to pull in to the window and this guy told me that they’re doors are closed and they aren’t doing curbside but yet your able to on the app?? Anyway still giving them some grace I pulled to the second window just to argue with this girl for 10 mins. And I explained and showed my receipt stating I’m at the right location how I input my slot number and how it’s been way over 40 minutes now saying she doesn’t have my order. She told me to ask for my money back and that’s were I drew the line. I’ve been waiting here for an hour already after arguing I had just one meal ordered, nothing crazy. So I asked for her to just make my order. She declined and I told her are you sure you can’t find my order and guess what JUST FOR HER TO TURN AROUND AND NOTICE MY ORDER WAS RIGHT BEHIND HER THIS WHOLE TIME OF ARGUING. Of course the food was cold obviously. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS . Security was outside beating up a homeless people that wasn’t even bothering anyone and was simply just sitting in the parking lot. This was at 10pm . PLS DO NOT COME HERE TERRIBLE . Go to McDonald’s on Havana much better service there .

Ordered a 6 dollar meal with no onions.. I get down the street .. I bite into the burger and its covered in onions so I spit it out the window.. I am obviously hungry so I go back to tell them what happen and they said my receipt didnt say no onions.. so who ever is working the windows literally cant follow simple direction and when I went back they said I ate the burger and everything.. well.yes I took a bite and spit it out the window .. supper rude .. I have hundreds of dollars on me .. all I wanted was what I paid for. I guess they want 20 a hour but can't push the no onions button .. I even asked twice to confirm .. do better .. hire people who can do the job their paid to do .. recommend anywhere but this location
