I ordered a double quarter pounder and got no tomato on the burger instead 4 slices of pickles, its not a huge deal but thats why I ordered a deluxe and not regular, if you ever want to add a tomato to a burger its about a $1 more. Maybe they ran out or something but didn't want to go wait in the drive through line again to argue about that at 3am.

OMG! The food we received was absolutely delicious, amazing, fresh hot. The chicken nuggets were great and hot, the fries were fresh and hot and the McDouble was the best tasting hamburger I've ever had at McDonald's! It was hot till the last bite. I hope that the next time I visit this location the food will be just as good! Thank You!

I always have a bad time at this McDonald's, whether it's extremely poor customer service to bad food that they serve cold, to managers who also lack customer service skills, and more than once have either lied to my face or been deceptive as my fry example will attest. There is never any greetings, the workers just stand there, looking like it's such an inconvenience to do their job. The girl working today lacked communication skills, as there was no greeting, and was far from helpful as I was asking her questions about menu items and prices. I HAD to prompt her to repeat my order back to me, which she reluctantly did. The manager was also not professional! I told him that I wanted HOT fries instead of the cold ones that sit in the bottom of the fry bin, and I watched the manager give me the lukewarm ones anyway, with just a couple of the fresh ones. Fry should NOT get cold within minutes of sitting down to eat!! I already had to ask for another double cheeseburger, because the one they gave me was cold when I bit into it. They give you as little ice as possible. I ordered a medium drink and it didn't have enough ice, which makes the drink warm as what little bit of ice they reluctantly put in the drinks melts faster. I need to find out who the general managers are of this establishment so I can start writing letters to corporate.

The service is always terrible, every time we go they always forget the sauce which we asked for at the drive through speaker, and when we receive our food they never say hi they just look at the screen inside and never make eye contact. And whenever we ask for sauce at the window because they never give it to us in the first place they always say we have to pay extra for them. They are never nice and always seems to be in a bad mood.

Staff is incredibly incompetent. They don’t know how to use the codes from the app. When they mess up the order they don’t fix it or provide a refund. I paid and ended up not getting what I paid for. Wild.
