There is always something wrong with the food and it’s annoying. Always make me pull up to the extra window like they need to make it fresh. Then forget, bring it cold or with hair in it or something completely different than what was ordered. Love opening my burger and the first thing I see is a hair baked right into it. Done with this trash location unfortunately. Convenience ain’t worth wasting money every time

Very disappointed with this location. We went through the drive-thru and when we opened our burger at home there was mold on the bun. That is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. On top of that, the fries were old and stale, definitely not fresh. Management needs to do better quality checks before serving food to customers. No one should be given moldy food.

This is my local McDonald's and every single time I order. Without fail they either forget half my food or it's horrible quality. The staff is not trained correctly. Nuggets aren't fully cooked. Fries are over salted. Iced coffee has no syrup. I also order online through door dash and every single time I've ordered from here missing half my food. The staff are rude and slow.

I like this McDonald's rather than some of the other places The food's put together pretty well not like some places where the hamburgers are just slopped together like the person who did it doesn't want to be there they actually come put together well and wrapped up in the package so they don't fall out as soon as you get it. French fries fresh🍟 and not like it's been sitting there all day The services is on point the employees are nice and respectful and have a smile they're pretty quick for the most part and the parking is always pretty decent there's always some spots open on either side the north side or the south side of the building and there's even parking on the west side of the building so so generally pretty easy to get in and out of definitely recommend this McDonald's and if there's a much better job than its neighbors the Wendy's or the Taco Bell or the Jack in The box who all will mess up your order forget certain items customer service is bad and the food even worse P.s I have been having a little trouble using there MacDonalds app at the drive thru. like the deals on the app are different at there register. Which leads to confusion which leads to a disagreement but they always have honored when I went to the window and showed them but with attitude 🙄

They forgot about me as they asked me to pull up to that 3rd window. It was 15 minutes and I started honking and then they asked what I ordered and it was a mobile order. They proceeded to give me the wrong food as well. I ordered a hamburger happy meal and they gave me chicken nuggets, which it was eaten so I didn't call or go back. The Quarter pounder was ok and the fries were cold. We all know that's supposed to be the best part. Overall it McDonald's but I now refuse to go to the 3rd window. I really have never had a problem there.
