Nothing worse than enjoying a nice cup of warm coffee and you then end up with a mouth full of coffee grounds. This was in the morning as well so you’d think they’d have freshly made coffee made ready to go instead of using the very last of what they have.. I frequent this location often, and this isn’t the first, second or even third time this same exact thing has happened.. the 4th time warranted a review.

The young manager truly stood out, especially during the lunch rush. The place was packed inside and in the drive line. He stayed on top of everything , He directed his team with clear communication without sounding too tense or overwhelmed. He kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. In the middle of the chaos, he still communicated well with customers and make sure everyone had what they needed. That level of leadership, awareness, and professionalism during such a busy rush is awesome to see first hand. Great Work!

I order from here 2-3 times a week and it NEVER fails the girl who takes orders at the drive thru with the red neck tattoo is absolutely rude. ALWAYS gets my order wrong. She acts like inconveniencing her when i place my order. Clearly you must not like your job. You picked your job, not me. With an attitude like that she should NOT be dealing with customers at all. She's gets my order wrong EVERYTIME and doesn't give you a receipt. McDonald's do better at training your employees!!

Went through the drive through on 3/29/26 when Diano was the manager and it was a complete cluster. People were trading food in the drive thru bc everyone’s orders were screwed up. When I went inside to complain and get a refund, we debated whether it was a 15m wait or a 20m wait - agreed the customer service wasn’t acceptable. I gave back the food, which was coming out when I was coming in and then was asked to bring back the coffee I ordered as well from the vehicle parked outside. I know times are tough but cmon - a little decency and common sense goes a long way.

This location sucks. They have no concept of customer service. The app was glitching and wouldn’t process any form of payment even though I tried multiple times and cards. It told me to go to the restaurant to order, but then it would not give me the code because it said I used one. The lady at the window told me to wait 11 minutes, however, breakfast would’ve been done by then. I asked if there was anything she could do to help of course they can’t. She also tried to tell me that the button that says use in restaurant was only for in the restaurant and not at the drive-through Talk about stupid. And I’m pretty sure that was the manager. I would’ve happily gone inside if that would’ve made the difference of being able to have better service or fix the problem, but that wasn’t really the issue. I left without purchasing. Obviously they don’t care if they get your business or not.
