Service usually pretty good and fast. But tonight half of my order was incorrect and when I called no answer amd they wasnt even busy. When I called again someone picked up the phone and didn't say anything, called back repeatedly again-get busy signal. Food including fast food is too expensive for this foolishness. This McDonald's disappointed me tonight. Actually now im just noticing my mobile order does not even match my receipt, how wonder my burger waSo dry and missing what i ordered-what the helly?

I can't speak to atmosphere or face to face service. However what I can say is that I specifically ordered EXTRA fudge on my sundae, at a cost of + $0.69. What was received was not even the standard amount of fudge in a normal sundae! My wife ordered a shamrock shake, they couldn't even be bothered to mix it properly, leaving all of the mint in the center of the shake. I worked in and managed for many years (McDonald's in particular) it's not that hard to just do your job and have some pride the service you provide and the product you serve.

I ordered two large meals through the drive through, and had the girl taking my order read it back to me. She read it back exactly as I ordered it. When I got to the window, I was handed two medium drinks. I told the person at the window that I specifically asked for large, and this was not what I ordered. She said it’s what you paid for, said someone else took the order and it wasn’t theirs problem. The service here is awful. I am a restaurant manager, and if any of my employees talked to a customer in that fashion, I would fire them on the spot. I will not be coming back to this location.

This location is terrible! If there is a line in the drive thru, go somewhere else! I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for my order and when I finally received it, I was given the wrong size fry, a medium instead of the large I had ordered, and I did not even receive the two chocolate chip cookies I had ordered! The nuggets were ok, fries were a bit cold and stale, but at least the sprite was good. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location or somewhere else entirely, because this location is a hot mess!

Went here with my brother and dad my brother bought us dinner on 4/24/2026 at around 4 something and found a long piece of hair in my sandwich I’m disgusted
