This location stands out for its efficiency and customer service. Even during a busy period, employees remained courteous and kept things running smoothly. The food was fresh, the service was prompt, and the restaurant was clean. I would happily visit again.

We went through the drive-through for breakfast today and ordered breakfast burrito, sausage biscuit, large hash brown and a tea. When we got our food the hash brown was not in there. When my husband told the girl at the window she said give me the receipt which we had not been given one so we had no receipt but we tried to explain to her the screen out where you order reflected everything correctly and the hash brown was on there . she began to argue and hollering at someone else telling them her screen did not show the hash brown and it turned into a huge ridiculous fiasco… My husband finally just drove away without the paid for hash brown ; this was so unnecessary. It gets so tiring to not have food properly made, served , a completed order, when it cost so much to go out to eat now and then the workers want to give an attitude when they are the ones in the wrong!

McDonalds on 12311 main street. I placed a mobile order for 1 med fry light salt and a sweet tea 1/2 lemonade to pick up in drive thru. First window picked up my receipt proceed to 2nd window where I was asked twice what was my order 🤦🏾‍♀️apparently my order was given to the incorrect car so I was told to go to the 3rd window where I waited 20 mins to be asked what was I waiting on OMG people really then I state my order again and clearly said LIGHT SALT after another 10 mins and me thinking I was getting fresh lightly salted fries someone can't hear or read the fries were loaded in salt 🤦🏾‍♀️if I had not order thru the app I would have just gotten my money back that's the down side of app ordering. Will NEVER go to that McDonald's ever again. Not the first time with bad service.

This is the worse McDonalds ever! If I could give zero stars I would. The people that works there are so rude, nasty attitude so unprofessional. The manager is so getto just like the rest of the staff. They will tell you to park on the side for 5 minutes, half an hour will go by and by the time they remember to bring you the food, your Ice coffee will be water down your food will be cold and nasty. The owners should really hire better people point blank! Don’t come here or you will be disappointed.

This McDonalds is five stars. Its because of the difference between real leadership and management. This restaurant has real leadership and as you can imagine, it runs very well. I come here in the mornings before the 🥞 breakfast rush and have seen several quality manages and a regional manager and it's very clear that they truly care about their employees and customer service. Whether this is the coffee or getting an order correct. Its in this location.
