I ordered 2 Big Mac's and apparently the person at the grille is either training or not paying attention to what they are doing. The Big Mac's were inside out, no secret sauce and the top bun was in the center Paid close to $90. On our order.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went today to get my daughter a happy meal and when we got home (I live in Jax) I noticed they only put her 6 piece nuggets in the box and that was it. No apple slices, no fries, no toy, no drink. So I paid almost $7 for 6 pieces of chicken nuggets. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened either. I’ve called several times and nobody will answer the phone. If I didn’t live over an hr away I would have gone back to the store.

Went through the drive-through at McDonald’s at 5:20 AM, February 13 and waited several minutes with two people telling me wait a minute. After literally five minutes, I drove away. There were other people at the window, so I know they had taken previous orders. Very frustrating. This was generally a good McDonald’s but yesterday I went there and asked for two sausage breakfast burritos and was rung up for and given Two sausage McMuffins instead and didn’t notice till I drove away. This McDonald’s is gone downhill. It used to be on the mark with friendly people, but now things are not very good there. I had recently started to become a regular customer of McDonald’s again after many years of avoiding it. I am very turned off by these past experiences. Went to Wawa down the street and got a breakfast instead which turned out to be a very good morning meal. Sorry McDonald’s, I gave you a chance to get my regular business. But if I were to go there in the future, I wouldn’t know what to expect now.

The window person was amazing!!! This review has nothing to do with other than the fact that they dont care or listen. I asked for extra extra pickles. Now this is a common occurrence. Apparently Mc Donald's has a pickle issue. I got 2 pickles on my burger. That's not even close to extra. Let alone extra extra. There is no care or pride in service nor execution. When yall make more an hour than I do and cant fill a very simple request? Questions arise. Not a fan.

We ordered lunch at the counter and our food was brought out to us promptly: Quarter-pounder with cheese, 2 cheeseburgers, and fries. We filled our soda cups at the self-serve soda fountain. Dining area was large and clean. Food was warm and fresh. Could not have asked for a better McDonald's experience.
