I just picked up 3 Hot ’n Spicy McChickens and a cheeseburger using code PY17, and I had to throw away all 3 McChickens immediately. They were extremely hard to bite into, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time or reheated in a microwave. This was very disappointing, especially since I was expecting fresh food. I’ve had this order before and it’s never been like this. Please do better with food quality and freshness.

Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order didn’t hear me ask for a burger with my happy meal. When I get to the window she confirms my order without the hamburger. I add “and the hamburger” she acts like she didn’t hear me. I repeat myself two more times. She confirms it’s just the handburger and instead of letting me add the hamburger she tells me I have to go back around the drive thru. Then I get to the window to pick up my order and the frozen drink I ordered is melted by the time it gets to me. Like it was sitting on the counter for hours.

asked for a big mac no onion. still had onion on it. asked for tomatoes on a separate big mac and was given this?? seems like someone in the back was having a bad day. also part of the nuggets were uncooked and that’s just nasty, i can’t eat that. first and last time visiting this mcdonald’s. not to mention that the inside was dirty and i had a hard time finding a clean place to sit.

You would think just adding a drink to my meal wouldn’t be such an issue the worker said I have to drive around to add a drink…so across the street to Taco Bell it was 2 large sweet teas please and thank you! It’s the fact I tried to add a drink while at the drive thru and the guy couldn’t hear me over his music in the speaker playing and then saying I gotta drive around to add it. Thanks Taco Bell you guys made it simple.

Dany DANY DANY!!!!! She’s a VIBE!!! So what’s right with this establishment- HER! She’s what this company needs more of! Listen Gonzalez family Keep her and PROMOTE HER AT ALL COST Ella es lo Que esta compania necesita de Verda! I can keep goin on about how the other staff members such as Wesley and the other drive through guy were not as customer service driven as her but she made up for their mistakes, she’s funny too a GREAT asset to the McDonald family she needs to REALLY BE ACKNOWLEDGED - she’s the GOAT
