There are about 5 or 6 screens to place an order. It's convenient if you are in a rush. This also helps eliminate long waiting with those lines. If however you are not comfortable using them. There is a cashier ready to place orders. The machine didn't print out the paper. For whatever reason it didn't take my card. So I remember the order number and gave it to the cashier. My order was located and I was able to pay for my meal. My number was called and I got my food. I didn't see any ketchup and an employee who I think was the manager asked me what I was looking for. He knew immediately and grab me some. Overall my experience was pleasant. I would come back here. The business here is good.

There are six huge boards to place orders on therefore there is no cashier. I needed help with the board I was placing an order on and I pressed the help button and it stayed lit up for over 20 minutes with no help. Finally figured out how to Select pay at counter, but my boyfriend stands In front of the counter with a worker standing at it for over 15 minutes and not one person acknowledges him. Over 20 minutes later, I am completely fed up because we ordered two items an ice cream and an apple pie. When I went to go, ask why we are waiting this long for these items the manager gets an attitude and says all I can close the lobby so none of you can come in. One of the other workers also came up to somebody at the register and screamed at them, not to rush her because she hates being rushed. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life and I promise I will never return

I drove through the drive through and was told “our systems are down we can’t make any orders” dispute the fact that both the car in front of me and behind me made a order no problem. So I walked into the store and lo and behold their systems are working just fine as I made an order on the kiosk. As I also watched the entire staff take orders and give them out with no issue. I ordered a “bacon buffalo ranch delix mcCrispy” sandwich with five hamburgers. The hamburgers were all made with only bread and meat. Nothing else. And that is not what I got. When I returned to the store and tried to have it corrected, the employee argued with me that it was. I’ve posted pictures of what I received. I know the policy is a manager is to make any remakes coming in. And I seen that the manager did not make my sandwich and just had the same employee make it. This is absolutely pitiful.

if i could give them a 0 star rating i would. i waited TWENTY MINUTES for a medium strawberry smoothie and large fry. my smoothie was sitting on the counter majority of the time HALF GONE. i’m not quite sure who was thirsty enough to take a few sips out of it but PLEASE go get your OWN SMOOTHIE. secondly it the HALF that was filled is practically ALL ice. for $5? i don’t think so. NOR does it even look like a medium more like mediocre. now i understand the fries may take a little long to make but 20 whole minutes is absurd. and then they soggy and nasty. to add onto everything i got stuck in the bathroom for 5 of those twenty minutes bc the door handle was broken. PLEASE DO BETTER. $10 for items i had to throw away.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had yet here, it’s gotten bad but not this bad, I went to purchase the new shamrock flavor because it’s my favorite flavor and I’m always so excited to get it! This always seems to happen during the evening shifts where they are so rude! They got my whole order wrong, I asked for a shamrock McFlurry and instead they put a regular one as well as I asked for a diet Dr Pepper they gave me a Diet Coke! Are they even listening to me? So looks like the girl making my ice cream got an attitude or just plan out lazy and let the syrup of the shamrock flavor just sit on top! I asked for a refund immediately before it got out of hand, who knows if she ended up spitting in it. The manager come to me sassy and says “here you go” without any questions as to why I am requesting the refund (obviously has no regards to the business) I got her name was Qua from what i understood. Terrible customer service overall! Now tell mee is this how a shamrock McFlurry supposed to look!?
