Worst customer service. They act like they don’t want to take your order. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through and messed up my order. The lady’s at the window kept rolling their eyes. Do not recommend coming here. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Have gone here multiple times over multiple years and have never had a good experience. Today, they had us pull into the drive through parking spot to wait for our food. After waiting for over 20 minutes, my boyfriend went in and asked about our order. They plainly told him that they “forgot” about our meal. It had just been sitting there. They were laughing because I guess it was funny for some reason. Then they asked if he still wanted the food. We paid you twenty dollars??? Yes we still want the food. What kind of question is that? Once we looked in the bag, we noticed they had also forgotten half of my meal and didn’t give us any straws to drink frozen cokes with. Cool, guess we’ll eat them with a spoon. Completely awful experience. I have given up on this location.

38 weeks pregnant and was really craving some McDonald’s breakfast, So I spend 20 minutes waiting in the drive-through for an order I placed ahead online, Just to get home and find out that both of my breakfast sandwiches were incorrect. I’ve contacted them twice now and get no response.

They get a bad rep, but I think it’s undeserved. The staff here are friendly and accommodating to order mixups, which are normal at any fast food place. I’ve ever had a bad experience here. Great place, I come all the time. I hope they stay this way!

I sat in the drive-thru for over an hour just before 11pm for a mc double meal. I told the lady my order and by the time I got to the window to pay she didn't even put in my order. I sat in my car for an hour on top of everyone else that was there before and after me. I hope the food was at least fresh for everyone else. It would be a shame to be stuck in the drive-thru because you can't just leave the line so your just trapped with no bathroom in your vehicle for 6$.
