Hello, I’m very disappointed to see how the quality of food and service at McDonald’s has declined lately. It seems that management no longer pays proper attention to customers or product standards. My recent orders have been extremely disappointing — the food tastes bad, the ingredients feel stale, and the presentation looks poor. Honestly, have you tried eating what you currently serve to your customers? McDonald’s used to stand for consistent quality and respect for its customers, but that reputation seems to be fading fast. I sincerely hope you take this issue seriously and take action to bring back the high standards McDonald’s was once known for.

Worst service served by the young associates over there, the young a little bit short girl, she did not want to talk to me even i told that I got a pick up. She just ignored and walked out.

I am beyond pleased with the service I got here tonight! I showed up last minute before church. I didn't have a lot of time. My order was complicated but they were very patient with me. They asked me to pull up because we had a large order. I waited a few minutes, not long at all but I was late and had to go. I felt really bad but called and canceled the ordered. After church, i came back for the refund. I asked them if they could remake the order instead. They remade the order without any complaint. Honestly, I will come back here for drive thru weds because of Jaun, Adrian, and Landan. There was also a girl working the window but I didnt get her name. She was also very patient and accommodating. A+ for great service.

If I have to stop at McDonald's the only reason is for "food" that's Fast. However, they'll get you through the drive through window so they're stats aren't messed up, but now they have curbside pickup stacked in stalls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and in front of the window. If I had time for slow food, I'd eat at home or somewhere that has actual food not McDonald's slop that I only stopped for because it should have been fast and convenient, not slow and inconvenient...
