This is sad....ordered 3 of the 5 dollar meals and all 3 of the mcdoubles had no cheese on them and this one in the picture was supposed to be extra pickle and no onions....do employees not know how to read an order screen or just to lazy to care about the customers? I think this store really needs all new staff from crew to management. Also, this place is a joke when it comes to hiring. I personally know of 4 people that have interviewed there, 2 of which were hired yet never started because the General Manager was never able to give them exact times of when to come in because she was to "busy". Every time I have come in to get an order, the order is always wrong, they don't answer the phones and not to mention the wait times are ridiculous.

I am absolutely livid with this McDonald's like this is ridiculous 1 SINGLE PICKLE BRO ON BOTH IS CRAZY every time I go to this McDonald's this happened even when I ask for extra on top of that the worker at the first windows completely ignored us when we pulled up and no matter how much we order every time they always tell us to pull into the stall bro like this is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to

I pulled into the DT at 8:13pm asked for a Mocha frappe with an espresso shot they said they needed to clean the machine and that it takes 15 mins I said okay no problem I’ll come back at 9pm. I arrived at 9pm left work excited to get my coffee to get me through my shift and they didn’t clean the machine. A double let down and I’m honestly sad about it

I drive out of my way to specifically only go to this location. The one closest to my house always messes something up or takes way too long. It doesn't matter the time/day any time I go to this location the food is always hot/quick service/great customer service.

Do away with all McDonald's second drive way. Confusing the orders for workers. And there can be 4 cars in the first drive threw and these people just think they can jump threw ahead of everyone eles waiting to put order threw. By driving in the second lane. Also dangerous for employees to be cleaning the drive threw with no caution sign to protect them when you drive around building. Thanks
