A+ effort, Keep it up! XD I try not to go to this location mainly because the employees typically are talking with their cell phones out while you’re waiting. They don’t even know how to properly greet you if you go inside let alone just say hello or please hold while you pull up to the microphone. I need to start recording these interactions, because it happens to much here, probably why the orders get messed up… It’s not every time there are some good employees. I just hope things get better for them, I will keep going out of my way to drive to the one at 2437 S West St, Wichita, KS 67217. They are awesome!! Make it fresh every time I visit and the fries hit different, I don’t know why!

Didn't wait very long either time I went there. They didn't read my order off to make sure it was right or say order for Ashley to make sure they had the right person. Fries were hard last night 3/30

This store is absolutely a joke on customer service, when i come in to pick up a delivery I can see the order is done but they refuse to help you. I normally wait 15 minutes just for someone to ask what I need. So the food probably cold since its probably already been there for 10-15 minutes

Food has always been as expected. Sometimes, I've noticed this at other McDonald's as well. When standing at thr counter to order it can sometimes be a while before someone comes up to take your order. I'm pretty sure they'd prefer you order online or the store kiosk.. 🤔 whatever they're called. I'm old school, prefer to order face to face. As writing this, looked up, 3 people placing orders on the in-store machines.

They had us pull forward so their sensor would show they had good service times and when I pulled forward there were already 3 other cars waiting for their food. When I took a bite of my quarter pounder it was really pink. This is not a good McDonalds
