WRONG ITEM SENT‼️‼️ (Via McDonald's App -- Via McDelivery) I ordered: 1-Medium Iced Caramel Coffee, +Add Whipped Cream, +Add 2-Caramel Drizzles; Rock Road location sent: 1-Large Iced French Vanilla Coffee, It tasted horrible, don't like "FrVn" flavor at ALL‼️ ☹️🤭😠😡 Delivered via Door Dash, Michael -- He didn't follow delivery instructions, mainly bc he barely speaks English 🤔 Called support, spoke with James

Stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast and we had a great experience! Food took a little long, but then again we were 9. What I loved about it was the little playground, hadn't seen one of those in a while. The food was great and we had a good time just sitting here and enjoying our breakfast.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can't say anything about their food cuz I was never given it. So after I made it around the drive-thru and I was at the second window. The manager refused to give me my food and was yelling at me, being rude, and threatened to call the cops all just cuz I wanted my food. The lady I'm talking about is in the photo connected to this. My experience there was awful. I was not ever able to get my food. Never I will be going to this McDonald's again. Hopefully some way somehow something is done to rectify this experience.

Food looks like most of it is there but service is terrible today. I've been here 30 minutes after I showed up for my curbside order to get my condiments for pancakes etc. Went inside and nobody at the counter by 15 people waiting. So after 20 minutes I went back outside and am now waiting in the drive through for this. Just don't expect this to be fast.

I called at 2 am to see what time they started serving breakfast, the told me 4:30 am. Im like ok, cool so I headed over and waited in the drive through forever and they told me "we are not serving any food right now." And i said "but I just called, maybe you could have told me that on the phone before I drove over here?" So yea, if you go to this mcdonalds you might or might not get service.
