The Google map says it's as busy as it gets here but there's no one in the drive through and a dozen people waiting for their food in the lobby. No one's up front to take orders or greet anyone that comes in. The inside customers are promptly ignored. The new interior design of this McDonald's is cold and vacant.

I never write reviews, especially for a McDonalds, but this was so bad it was comical. There are only kiosks inside, and I never saw an employee from the time I placed my order, sat down, and waited 15 minutes. We finally were able to ask about our order, which was eventually produced and was correct. However, I was told that they did not have any silverware (?) for my hotcakes. All they had was a spoon, so I ended up eating with my hands.

Got the bike out for one last ride before winter sets in and got hungry a bit. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was actually fresh and very tasty. Never thought I'd leave a good review for a McDonald's. Weird but accurate.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have never been to a McDonald’s that is slower than this, and I have tried this place several times and every time I am amazed at how slow their service is. My most recent visit, of course, had me pulling up to wait for my order. I waited for 20 minutes and when I went in, they had no record of my order. So I had to stand in there and wait even longer while they redid the order. He had to come check with me twice what it was that I ordered. While I was there, a DoorDash person came in and waited forever and said this is absolutely the worst McDonald’s in town. They need to do something

I have tried to give this McDonald’s a shot multiple times, and have never received a correct mobile order. Something is always missing or messed up—a chicken sandwich instead of a burger; missing items , etc. The last visit we waited over 15 minutes for a pretty simple mobile order —3 Happy Meals and a medium fry. We ended up having to go in to get the order, and then go back in a second time because we didn’t have any fries. We requested a surprise happy meal toy, and were given a baby toy. We were excited when this location opened up for its convenience but we will find another spot as this is always a headache. On top of that, they never answer their phone and the one time I did get ahold of someone for a refund on a missing item they said the only way to help was for me to drive back, which wasn’t worth it for the missing item. Sad, but avoid if you can!
