They don't give you a receipt when asked for one also asked for no onions. They acted like I was an inconvenience. Many of us do receipt apps so not only is your service alot to be desired and can't get a burger with no onions, I loose out points in my apps.

As I was walking in, to order breakfast, there were 3 employees, bagging trash, near trash cans. One of the 3 came up to counter, to take order. After handling trash, you dont even need to partially clean up, before working, with customers. How disgusting. Have had problems here, before. I'll take the blame, for being stupid enough, to come back. No worries. That won't happen, ever again.

Never fails, never receive the BOGO and they answer the phone just to hang it up. I've been patient, trying to have empathy but now I'm going to start ordering my meals from other restaurants. Good luck out there, people

genuinely the worst mcdonalds i’ve ever gone to, without a doubt. it isn’t the service workers, it’s the cooks. the amount of times i’ve asked for no onions and somehow gotten double the amount is appalling. beyond this, the drive thru time is atrocious. i don’t know if they are understaffed or not, but they need some help. and their cooks need more training.

Placed an order which immediately got canceled by the store. Now I have to wait a week for a refund. It would have been nice to just not have the order placed in the first place if they arent able to take to go orders
