I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this location. My fiancé feels the same way. The food is always cold. There's always items missing if it's doordashed. Fries are half full.. Absolutely horrible service. We've gotten sick off of their food countless times. We always try to avoid this location but somehow ended up with our preferred doordash location switched to it somehow. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Your children will get sick.

They are usually fine. But today I went inside and put the code on the kiosk. The worker was helpful but the manager would not give me the free fry even tho the kiosk glitched out and had already taken my code. So extremely frustrating when the manager would not even listen to the employer when she said what happened and just said well it just says it getting points and walked away.

First they said they remember me placing that order through the drive thru but I did it as a mobile order. Then they said they couldn't replace the mistake. Burger King will actually own up to a mistake and fix it.

Everytime I come here for mobile delivery pickup I’m constantly ignored & brushed off. The store being busy, low staff is never my problem, but this location & countless others do the same thing, careless with this “doorbell/front window pickup” causing us to stand on the cold while they chit chat. Rude & inconsiderate. Oh, and they need to change their DD pickup preferences to come to the front entrance for after hours pickups. It CURRENTLY (3/7/2026) says to come through the drive thru but they’ll tell you to park & go to the window…

I placed an order via the app to be picked up by drive-thru. I gave my husband the code via screenshot so he could go pick it up since I was home with the grandbabies. He went to pick it up and they were saying that they would not give him the order because he didn't have my phone with him even though he had the code for pickup. He showed them the screenshot of the order as well after they said that it must have been placed at the wrong McDonald's or that we never placed the order at all. Even with a screenshot they were denying the order and refuse to give it to him. I even called up to the store and they said they would not give me the order unless I came up there to get the food and had my phone in the lobby. She then said If I sent screenshots of my receipt for them to show that they would give us the food so I did so. Then she changed her mind and said that they can't do that. Their names are elizabeth, irene, and another irene, who are employees the supervisor and the district manager. UPDATE: They said the transaction was pending and it would be returned to my card the next day. NOPE!!! TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH SO THEY SAID THEY COMPLETED THE ORDER. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!
