Placed an order because the store was showing open 24 hours, turns out they aren't and had the drive-thru blocked. Now I gotta wait three days (allegedly) to get my money back. I actually wanna add that at this location specifically for ordering online you get treated like dogwater period. Order is almost never correct, they give you attitude, its actually ridiculous. Edit from two months later: Didn't learn my lesson apparently because I placed an order once again while the store was showing open and both drive through were blocked. Once again have to wait an entire calendar week to get my money back only after dealing with the atrocious customer service on the app, very cool that yall dont want to work but hey, I guess we all cut corners when we can.

Clean lobby food was fresh and hot. Don’t go to this location much because it’s out of the way. BUT after being served by Rita and her catering to me and my daughters. Driving extra will work out! Super nice to everyone that walks in, very nice to my daughters! She’s doing great!!

Pulled into McDonald’s at 10:00 PM and I’m convinced I didn’t go to a restaurant—I rolled straight into Satan’s personal drive-thru in hell. No cars. No movement. Just an eerie, empty silence like I crossed into another dimension. I pull up to the speaker and order four double cheeseburgers. Immediately, the voice on the intercom sounds like it crawled out of the abyss itself. I repeat my order once… twice… three times… SIX TIMES total. At that point I’m expecting flames to shoot out of the speaker and a demonic voice to say, “Your soul has been accepted, please pull forward.” I finally inch up to the window, and there they are—three workers standing there like gatekeepers of the underworld. Smiling. Smirking. Laughing. All staring directly at me like I just arrived for judgment. Then just like that… nothing. They turn away and act like I don’t exist. Not a word. Not a glance. Just pure, deliberate neglect like I’ve been condemned to fast food limbo for eternity. I sit there for two minutes in complete silence, wondering if this is my punishment—stuck at a window, forever waiting for four double cheeseburgers that will never come. At that point I decided I wasn’t about to spend eternity in Satan’s McDonald’s, so I drove off and escaped to Braum’s—where, miraculously, I was acknowledged as a living human and given food without having to repeat myself like a cursed soul. If Satan ever opens a franchise, I’m convinced this is exactly what it would be like.

Came in Monday night 9pm the adults and these young kids were amazing fast service and check in to make sure we good. Been having a rough time and it was great to see that and have that. Thank yall for your work.

I placed an online order at 7:33pm and after countless times of being told they’re working on it i received it at 8:38pm. I literally ordered two mcchickens, a large fry and a drink. This is ridiculous An hour for a basic combo meal whilst other customers with bigger orders were being served faster.
