I just had the best impossible whopper of my life and had to tell someone. This Burger King has sandwich artists, handcrafting a flame broiled sandwich of perfection. Sesame seed bun: soft and plump. Fresh never frozen patty: steamy and juicy. The toppings: perfect ratio; each pickle was hand placed in an even layer. My zesty sauce: in the bag and not forgotten. The employees at this location served this whopper of all whoppers with incredible customer service. I am filled with sadness knowing I will never have a whopper that good ever again. Thank you, St. Charles Burger King.

Pulled into the drive thru at 745pm on this glorious Thursday to be told that they needed me to come inside. Because of staffing issues. To the proprietor of this restaurant - PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY TO GET HIGHER QUALITY LABOR. What is Burger King, really, without a functioning drive thru? Oh and the food was completely cold. At room temp quite literally.

I don't rate fast food but this Burger King was run well, our order was wrong no attitude from employee or management. Both of my husband and I food we remade and brought to us. They moved those orders efficiently, the store clean and it was during Mardi Gras

The friendliest people are working here. Food cooked fresh. The dining room I super clean, no waiting times, for this attentive crew. Clean parking lot, safe and secure location.

Fries were cold. Manager told me I had to leave before I swallowed my last bite. She yelled at the top of her lungs at a homeless man. The counter clerk was very sweet. As you can see the dining room is empty.
