The only McDonald's that does not do refills on sodas! I should have known from the dirty parking lot to keep driving. I placed my order on the mobile app. When I went in the restaurant to pick up my order, I received hot chicken nuggets and ice cold french fries. The majority of the tables in the lobby were dirty. While eating, I asked for a refill on my soda because there were no drink machines in the lobby area. I was denied due to the owner's rules of "no free refills". I was told I would have to purchase another drink. No sign posted anywhere about this rule. No care in the world from the workers. People go to McDonalds for hot fries and a cold soda. No more money being spent at this location!

A self service ordering situation inside this McDonald’s. No counter staff available to assist customers who are confused with how to order at the kiosk. At breakfast time they seem way under staffed (?). Self serve order kiosk didn’t print a receipt, my bagged order didn’t have a ticket affixed to it, so I emptied my bag and found it was missing an item. Staff fixed the issue, but if you eat inside, be aware they you don’t get service and you need to check your order.

COMPLETELY IGNORED! Sat in drive thru 5 minutes. 1 vehicle ahead of me. Never answered me. Had to drove to windows to get service. Also suspect the guy in the window was under the influence of something slowing his speech.

Im pretty sure the staff here was wasted. The guy at the window couldn't keep his eyes open, the woman trying to fill orders was running around yelling at everyone and it seemed like they were having trouble keeping someone on the grill to cook the food. Once we finally got our food I had to go inside to get the rest of my order.

There's absolutely no reason to have to wait over 30 mins in a drive through for a pick up order. Its supposed to be fast food. Key word: FAST, which this location never is.
