This is the worst service McDonald’s. It’s pretty much self serve no one takes your order or help in any way. They NEVER put everything you order in the bag. You pay for sauces and never get them. My double fish was a single but no one was around for me to ask to make it right. It’s pitiful. Close the door and sell this location to chick fil la. They know how to run a business.

Drive thru workers need to learn that no one has time to lie about syrup. I ordered 2 orders of Hotcakes, and no syrup was in the bag. When I asked for some...he stated it was in the bag. I informed him that none was in the bag. I asked for #4- 2 for each order. He gave me 3. I asked for 1 more and informed him that I have 2 orders of Hotcakes . He kept stating it's in the bag. Like who lies about a .50cent pack of syrup...smh! Had to literally open the bag and show him none was in the bag. Really pitiful! Customer service industry is not the place for some people. I was literally about to say...take all the food back and give me my money! Honesty is a lost trait,but some of us still are!

If I could rate no stars at all I would food never fresh they always have attitudes this morning I got a hash brown that was soaked in oil very soggy just not acceptable at all.

I went to this McDonald's which is gorgeous, of coarse is not near a project or minority community, but that's a different subject... I just did not like the way the manager talk to the employees, those employees are human beings not animals. The question is will the owner address this manager once he read this review or he will ignore this review because is the training manager received

I know I'm late, but I really wanted to shout out the McDonald's on St. Charles, especially the manager (I believe her name was Nunu) and the staff. During the Muses parade, a friend of mine was having a medical situation and really needed water. I walked up to the drive-thru window just asking for a cup, and Nunu personally helped us. When we needed a little extra, she didn't hesitate. In the middle of Mardi Gras chaos, that kindness meant everything! I'm not sure if the porta-potties were provided by the store or the city, but that was also such a helpful touch and very appreciated. We didn't even get food, but they still helped us out with a bun and water without any issue. Also, the remodel looks great! It has such a clean, futuristic vibe. Just really grateful that kind people still exist. Thank you again!
