This is the absolute worst Mickey D’s location in the city of New Orleans and the surrounding areas. They hire teenagers who don’t care about the quality of service or food. They’ve routinely mess up my order for years and provide terrible service. Today I was fed up and am finally leaving a review. Word to the wise, just stop wasting your hard earned money on this BS. Just eat at home.. it’s healthy, cleaner, cheaper and at least you know it was prepared with care. If you do eat McDonald’s at least go to a better location where they actually care.

This is a great McDonalds- food was hot & fresh (breakfast). Cashiers were accurate & friendly (tried to upsell me the meal combo instead of of a single biscuit sandwich...good job!!) They gave me great service-there was no wait from window to window even though it was busy. The atmosphere was inviting. Must say im impressed with the speed, accurateness,& the efficiency of their stream lined process!

I was jumped in the store for no reason by another customer. The manager was not contacted by the other girl in the fight until after the fight. Awful Horrible Experience. I received a ban for nothing. I got thrown in jail for a stupid fight. And almost got a year in prison. Never ever eat there. They think they are all that. But they are not and the coffee is not that good. In fact I never had it. Never will I ever eat there, in their lobby again. Never!!!!!

One of the tidiest locations I have ever eaten at. The staff and manager worked great together and provided rapid service. The coloring of the lobby is very strange and outdated, but I’ll pick clean of contemporary decor any day. My only issue is with the ice machine, the plastic covering via the dispenser is pretty gross. I would return again.
