I have ordered food from this restaurant several times recently through Uber eats and the quality has been very poor. Today I ordered a big Mac and received a quarter pounder with cheese. I ordered a basket of fries and they were oily and limp. This is just ridiculous. How can you send food out with such poor quality and expect people to come back to you. From the time the Uber driver left the restaurant to my place was five minutes or less so it is not a delivery issue. It's a restaurant quality issue.

I have a realistic expectation when it comes to ordering from McDonald's. I don't expect the best service or top-tier food, but I do expect there to be reliable service and to at least get what I paid for. For the second time in a month, my coworker and I placed an order through the mobile app to pick up through the drive thru. And for the second time in a month, we were told to pull forward into a drive-thru waiting space and were promptly forgotten about. Both times, we have had to go back into the restaurant after waiting at least 20 minutes to remind them about our missing food only to be told that something we ordered--ice cream, a milk shake, cookies, something different every time--was unavailable, and nothing was offered in its place as a substitution. We've had to ASK to be given something else of the same value. Meanwhile, the rest of our food gets cold, soggy, and overall unappetizing because we're waiting 30 minutes for our order. I understand that things run out or machinery breaks down--I am willing to be flexible with staff for that. But every time I order something? And on top of that, the food that we do get is incorrect, missing cheese or condiments, and the fry boxes are half-full. Perhaps the staff and management at this location on St. Claude need additional customer service, supply ordering, and machine maintenance training. Even though it's less than a mile away from our workplace, my coworker and I will not be returning to this location.

If I could give it negative a thousand, I would. The employees are absolutely terrible, they never have anything (supposedly), and your order will NEVER be correct, even for the smallest of things!! Doesn’t matter if you see this today or months later, they have ALWAYS had bad service. Drive the few more minutes and save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for a quick bite.

Ordered a $50 order. No condiments, no sauce no straw!!!!. MISSING A WHOLE KIDS MEAL HOW????? and PUT EVERYTHING ON MY SANDWHICH even though its plain. Ridiculous. no answer from store after 10 calls. after scraping off everything i realized one isn’t even a hot n spicy. it’s a regular chicken patty- a joke.
