Absolutely the worst experience ever…. Poor customer service , they had no orange juice when I ordered a McGriddle. The women’s bathroom was so nasty, no tissue , overflowing trash and unsanitary!!! This was at 8:15 am and the bathrooms was like this early in the morning This means who ever closed NEVERRRRR CLEANED IT!!! This place should close! 🚽🧻 NO WATER TO Wash your HANDS

The attitude of the workers and especially the managers on the later shifts are horrible. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of doubt over the last year but clearly this is the culture of the store. Locking doors and instructing people with counter pickup orders to get in a drive through line that wraps around the building. Refusing to accept any bill over a $20 as payment despite Louisiana law passed last year that forbids retail businesses to refuse cash payments for in-person purchases under the Consumer Payment Choice Act. The manager said she didn’t have change while the worker said we don’t take large bills. If the latter is true then it should be posted on the door along with the other posted notices of acceptable payment options.

Just a warning to everyone that goes this McDonald's. If you get a refund make sure you get cash back or double check your card right there in front of the staff. Check if your money is pending back to your card. They're scammers, I did the whole refund transaction thing with them just to found out it didn't even work. They also like to act clueless. They taken my money without giving me my meal because they "forgot" about my Saja Boys meal! Terrible customer service!

Ordered at window. Server had an attitude before I even spoke a word. Tried to give a code without explanation told me I couldn’t use my 20% off code. Didnt complain, just paid and went ahead to window. Person at window did not know what I ordered. Moreover, order was wrong waited an additional 10 minutes in drive thru
