They gave me cold, salty fries. The bread was hard and the lettuce was brown on my McChicken sandwich. Also they got my other order wrong. I asked for a 4 piece McCrispy meal and they gave me the McCrispy sandwich. I will never return to this McDonald's at night.

Some days the food is better than others when I use the apps, but stepping into the lobby of this store is a whole other thing. Please clean your restaurant and lobby as it is directly connected to the service you provide. The area was filthy even for a McDonald's. Also, please acknowledge your guest! I shouldn't have to stand around and watch a young person play on their phone when no one else is in the lobby.

Went thru drive thru this morning for my breakfast oatmeal. Lady on the speaker was polite with an upbeat tone. When I got to the window she confirmed I was the oatmeal mobile order and said to drive up to the next window. I noticed it was her making my order. I asked if she was working both windows, and she smiled and replied just until someone makes it in. I asked her name, and it is Chastity. I want to take a moment and commend you on an EXCELLENT demonstration of A1 customer service Chastity. You could’ve allowed this morning’s lack of staff and help cause you to be rude or unhappy- but you didn’t and chose the opposite. Thank You. It didn’t go unnoticed! I believe you deserve recognition.. Great Job!!!

The people two cars behind me got their food before me. She keep telling everybody to pull around so they can hurry up and beat the clock so they can have faster food service time. They’ll tell you drive around and poke in the spot. Somebody gonna bring it out to you did she forgot to give me my hash brown bad service

I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Elysian Fields Avenue in New Orleans around noon on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. I ordered two 6-piece Chicken McNuggets and was asked which sauce I wanted. When I requested Sweet and Sour, I was told it was unavailable. I then politely asked what other sauces were available. Instead of being helped, the employee taking orders responded in a very rude, sarcastic, and dismissive tone, saying, “What other sauces do McDonald’s have, ma’am?” I calmly explained that I didn’t know and was just asking. Before I could even finish my order, I was abruptly told to pull up to the window. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and disrespectful. The interaction was upsetting enough that it made me lose my appetite and not even want the food anymore. When I asked for the employee’s name, I was told it was “Lay” (spelling unclear). Whoever was working the drive-thru taking orders at that time would know who this is. I then let them know what happened, they told me they in fact DO have sweet and sour and all of a sudden a truck came and dropped it off. Overall over customer service. I understand fast-paced environments can be stressful, but there is no excuse for treating customers this way. This experience fell far below the level of customer service I expect.
