This McDonalds location by far is one of the worst ones to visit. And I go to McDonalds quite often because it's my son's favorite fast food restaurant. The employees here don't care about their job. They don't fill up your fries to the top anymore. They get the order wrong even when you order in the app and specifically request no onions, or an item is missing from the bag. I have lost count on how many times I had to go back inside the restaurant to get an item that was not in the bag. It's because of this, I make a point to pick up my order at the counter and check my bag before leaving the restaurant. The manager there also doesn't seem to care about their job either. I requested a manager about an issue with my fries at my last visit. She didn't apologize or show any accountability for the issue. Just was pretty dismissive towards me. I'm sorry that I'm complaining about my fries again, but your employees aren't doing their job. How hard is it to fill up the fries? And the time I did come in after I spoke on the phone with a manager, 2 different employees showed a lack of care of anything I mentioned about the complaint log or why I was requesting a French fry for free. The one guy at the counter literally said he didn't care. I'm sorry, but it doesn't matter if you work at McDonalds or in a corporate office, you should care about your job. You should care about the company you work for. I won't be coming back to this location anymore.

This location isn’t terrible all around. Never anyone in the lobby to take orders yet employees are constantly walking in and out of the back looking customers in their face yet not even acknowledging them. Always long wait times just for the food to be and inedible when you get it.. nothing is ever fresh! and dont let them have gotten something wrong because then they’ll act like it’s your fault for having to correct it. Entire team needs restoring

It's surprising but this is one of the worst locations in Baltimore. The staff don't want to work and are rude. If you go inside to order you'll be waiting forever the staff will look you directly in the eyes and just go back to doing what they're doing not even greet you the food at this location is subpar even for McDonald's standards I advise going to another location

I visit here frequently since I live on the street. I always order using the app. I always have to check my order because 40% of the time, my order will be missing stuff or wrongly given. The workers like to add sugar or syrup into my latte when I chose plain latte. It is really annoying as their coffee is good but not everybody likes sweet coffee. The food is good, it is just that you have to check your order because half the time they messed up.

Waiting about 25 minutes in the drive through line for food that was tough in texture, which likely sat under a heat lamp for a while. I think the woman at the drive through window had had enough and gave us our order for free, which was missing a few items.
