So we went through the drive through and it took 10-15 minutes to order our food, and when we got there the lady on the speaker was real quiet and could barely hear her and they when we got to the window, they partially got our order wrong then when we went to fix it, we had to repeat it multiple times when they only messed up 3 items. But I'm happy we got our food over 20 minutes

This McDonald’s has terrible customer service. Every time you ask why your food is taking so long, they purposely make you park and wait while cars behind you keep moving. The staff are rude, disrespectful, and act like customers are a problem for simply asking questions about their order. Nobody says thank you or shows any kind of professionalism. The managers look sloppy and unorganized, and the whole place feels poorly managed. The employees also had nasty attitudes, which made the experience even worse. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this location makes every visit frustrating.

Worst McDonalds, I request the manager to give it a Care consideration to please Change the staff. There is only 2 cars at the Drive thru. And They tell us to wait outside for a pickup and people are leaving. They don’t even come to check up on us.

Update 4/21/25 this place is a total joke cant make a simple egg mcmuffin or even give u warm burger let alone good luck if you get everything smfh!! Do better 9 times outta 10 the food is wrong,missing or absolutely horrible!!literally just got a quater pounder meal and its ice cold and enough ketchup and mustard to build a dozen of them will never be returning.... Haven't been to this location in years due to poor quality of food and being dirty...so we go today since it's been remodeled from the ground up!place was absolutely packed inside and out did a mobile order had my food in about 7-10 mins perfectly ok time frame with them being soo busy..customer service was great place was very nice and clean inside but let down with the food..fries and my kids nuggets were great but the sandwich was ehh slapped together..I feel like in no time it will be just like before if your letting food quality slip being busy just opening..I hope not but we shall see.keep the food fresh and properly put together think it could do very well again like North point does.

Ordered on app, pulled in drive thru, 2 other cars were served at the 2nd lane before I was. I ordered a burger with no pickles, fries and a tea. Was told to wait at the 3rd window. 6 cars were served before I was handed my food which was cold and awful by the time I got it. Do t recommend
