I have ordered from this location multiple times and the quality control is consistently unacceptable. On my previous order, I specifically requested a Double Quarter Pounder with no pickles and received a burger with two strips of bacon. I do not eat pork at all, and when I called the store to report it, the response was “oh whoops, sorry about that, you can get a refund in the app.” I had to explain why this is a serious issue for someone who does not consume pork and that basic food handling and order accuracy matters. Tonight was worse. My DoorDash order arrived late and cold with melted ice in the drink, and while eating I discovered a foreign object embedded inside the food. I stopped immediately and took photos. When I called the store to speak with a manager, I was met with an attitude and the call was ended before I could finish explaining. Note the photos below containing the piece of shredded lettuce and a wax paper square. I’m following up with the health department in the morning.

JR is the first manager I’ve ever had a negative experience with. He wasn’t solutions focused or customer centered. He provided terrible customer service over a very minor issue that could have easily been resolved. However, I really appreciate his staff for trying to help me and do the right thing for their customers. I don’t like to write complaints but JR’s poor leadership warranted this negative review and call into the complaint line. JR you cannot talk to people any kind of way. You never know what people are dealing with or who they are. To the rest of the staff, kudos! I appreciate you all. JR should be on trash duty. And the nice gentleman that was taking out the trash should be the manager.

went to the drive thru around 11pm order 10 nuggets and 2 large fries they filled my fries less than half way so i really got 2 medium fries probably not even medium also no bbq sauce i guess they expect my son to eat dry nuggets drive thru lines was long and doors was locked couldnt go back will be calling the manager tomorrow

Lot of people there behind the counter.but you only got 2 people working. The service is bad I get 30 minutes for lunch and it takes 30 minutes to get my food. There no excuse for this. Owner needs to fire everyone and get a whole new crew.And will go back next week to see if service got better if not I will contact McDonald’s headquarters because something needs to be done about this!!

Me and my man called this location ahead of time to check if they had any frappes and the manager said "yes". As soon as we got there, they said they were closed, even though that location is 24 hours. I was very frustrated because all we wanted was a frappe and quarter pounder. I told my man to go in the line anyways and the manager said that he's closed because he has no other crew members. He needs to be fired because how are you telling customers you're closed all because you have no crew even though you create their schedule. Ridiculous. Never coming back to this location.
