Food was good, served warm. Drive-through only took about 7 minutes, which wasn't bad for the long line. The 15 seconds we conversed with the staff was ok.

Drive thru is horrible, waited 10 minutes on the speaker just for them to take someone after me and told me I had to go back around again. Manager is ridiculous. I ordered my food at 12:54 and waited in the line until 1:30 , just because I had to go back around again to give them my code even though I waited at the speaker for 10 min just for them to take someone after me. You guys need a better manager/whole team in general!!!

This is the worst McDonald’s location ever! They had the slowest drive-through crew. there’s no point in using your app to order your food ahead because the food is always late. Every single time I ordered from their drive-through, food is not always ready and they will make you wait in one of those parking spots. It took them 15 minutes to make one large coffee. They also have the worst staff! Not friendly and very unhelpful. Again this is the worst McDonald’s location in all of Boston.

Very bad experience at this McDonald’s in Everett. At the drive-thru, the employee did not let me finish my order and closed it before I was done speaking, which caused my order to be entered incorrectly. I paid for three items (including a Happy Meal), but only received two. When I went back to fix the issue, the manager checked my receipt and confirmed the mistake, asking the staff to prepare the missing item. However, even after that, the order was still not completed properly. The Happy Meal was given without the toy, which is a basic part of the meal. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and slow to resolve the issue, causing delays and a line behind me. Very disappointing service and poor handling of a simple situation. I do not recommend this location.

The place is not busy but the waiting time for the food is almost an hour. The crispy chicken is cold, with no lettuce or dressing. The food served is terrible, not within McDonald's food quality. Service? even worst. Not coming back, not worth my dollar.
