Today I went to McDonald’s to buy food for my child. Unfortunately, the fries accidentally fell on the floor, so I politely asked if it would be possible to get a small replacement. The staff responded with a very rude attitude and showed no empathy at all. What made the situation even more upsetting was being asked whether I wanted to pick the fries up from the floor to eat them or if they should throw them away. That comment felt disrespectful and inappropriate. I understand policies may vary, but customer service and basic kindness should still matter, especially when a parent is there with an autistic child. I’ve been to other McDonald’s locations where staff handled accidents with much more understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience also reflects a lack of proper customer service training from the managers and supervisors working at this location. Staff attitudes and the way situations are handled start with leadership, and there is clearly room for improvement. This experience was very disappointing

People here are very mean they don’t act with kind is still worse. The customers you guys should change your hours if you don’t wanna freaking tell your customers that you guys are close no worth it terrible service you guys should hire people with wood skills and actually people who speak English too.

Completely disrespectful! I had my service dog with me and everytime I go in there people have there dogs and I being mines in. They haven't said anything and I decided to bring mines today and the manager and other supervisors that it was okay to ask me for my papers for my service dog. By law they can not ask me for any papers or ID cards the only thing they can ask if its a service animal for a disability and what task they can perform. I literally told the women by law she cant ask me and she wanted to keep arguing about it. Not only that my dog wasn't even on the ground and wasn't posing a threat to anyone. We weren't even in there for more then 5 mins. Workers should definitely learn the laws before questioning anything.

Nope it’s not open to the public past 11pm even though on Google Maps they claim to be 24hrs
