This place has so much potential if they did the little things that matter. Sometimes fries 🍟 are not hot. Sometimes there should be more attention to each table. But it's pretty good place to go when all things come together. Appetizers were good. Seems to be over priced at regular price. I happened to arrive during happy hour. I would NOT have purchased the Appetizers otherwise. So politely for so much money.

This afternoon at approximately 1240 1250. I went to this location and I already could tell they were busy so it went inside rather than the drive-through. Now once inside, it was clear right away that the PIC/MOD wasn’t leading her shift. Yes, she had a rush. Yes, she had an IT person there. Simultaneously, she would not talk to any customer. She was not leading her crew. She was not working any type of position. She was standing around, saying nothing. The only time I heard her speak was when she came to the front, saw how busy it was, and informed the young man who was assigned that position to take the order, even though he was busy getting orders out and she was perfectly capable of taking the order - also known as guiding the bottle neck in food industry. At no time, did she actually help or verbally communicate to her crew how to help them. She actively ignored customers. Even when I and others addressed her directly when asking as to why she couldn’t take the order. For her to be in her position of management, she should have been taught every single position beneath her, therefore able to slide in and out of position and help her crew. The crew is only as good, and as fast as the person leading them. The manager at the time was a short female, with a caramel/cream/light complexion, glasses, thin and orange hair that I could not tell if it was synthetic or authentic.

The staff simply ignored me while I was standing there for 5 minutes trying to ask where my order was. The total waiting time for the order was 17 minutes, and it turned out the order had already been ready — no one had placed it on the pickup counter or called out either the name or the number.

I've been here a few times because of the convenience after picking my daughter up from school. I've had my last time dealing with that location. multiple times I've had to park because my order wasn't ready. every time my order was given to someone else and I was treated like I hadn't ordered at all. This last time I was told that if I didn't produce a receipt, I couldn't receive my order, which I didn't get because I didn't expect to be moved out of the line. I had to go in the store and produce my banking statement showing I ordered there. I asked for a refund which still hasn't shown up in my account. That location is lazy and unprofessional. Don't go there.
