McDonald’s Barry Road This McDonalds looks pretty new. Plenty of parking and handicap parking. The lot and walks were reasonably clean. The interior was bright, clean and well cared for. Down side - the counter for service was a wait and this design doesn’t allow anyone to see you are there, you need to step over to the delivery pick up area to be seen. The person who helped was polite and knowledgeable. Plain Cheese Burger, Well Done Fries, Hot Apple Pie and Sprite. Cheeseburger excellent - Fries - not well done and crispy- remade / perfect Hot Apple Pie- really not hot and tasted old

So I was a little skeptical since the other two McD’s on Barry Rd. leave a LOT to be desired and I was hoping this wouldn’t be another disaster but it is amazing what a different management company can make! I have been through here several times of the day and the food has always been hot and fresh! I see others have had bad experiences but mine have been fine and I am ordering specialty items. I have used the app every time with no issues. The staff has always been friendly and polite.

Stopped here for dinner after grocery shopping (so frozens and such in the vehicle) ordered two #9s. (4 basic cheeseburgers and two fries) All curbside spots filled, window employee has no clue what we ordered. Started with two very incorrect drinks, we get sent to park at the side of the building (not curbside, just extra parking because theyve sent so many people from the window) waited over about 20 minutes to be given the incorrect food, wait an additional 20 minutes to be corrected. All other cars pull away eventually and we are forgotten. Had to go inside to find multiple employees lounging on their phones, one helpful employee immediately have us our two missing burger but we are now left with everything else received nice and cold. Get it together. Evening shot... And y'all want to keep raising minimum wage. EARN IT

I tried the Arc Burger at McDonald’s today and was honestly really impressed. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor. I even took a video of it because it felt like something the CEO of McDonald’s should see, as I interpreted him in the video like everyone else in the world, and this is how a burger should be done. The sauce was delicious and really tied everything together. The crispy onions were super crispy, adding great texture and flavor. Even the bun stood out. It had poppy seeds and was actually really tasty, which surprised me because buns are usually forgettable. To be honest, I’ve never been a big fan of McDonald’s burgers in the past, but this one completely changed my mind. This was a really solid burger from top to bottom. If this is the direction McDonald’s is going with their burgers, they’re definitely on the right track. Service lacked due to no personal touch even after opening the door for engagement.

I ordered a regular hamburger light mayonnaise and ketchup. Whenever I received my order was overflowing with mayonnaise and ketchup and completely inedible! They lost my order from whenever I placed it at the drive- up until I went around the building to pick it up? Staffed and not seem knowledgeable at all. Not a good experience!
