The food is as expected for McDonald's. No problems with the food. I went in there to have breakfast and work on my laptop for a little bit. I was disappointed to find out that all the electrical outlets in the dining area have covers so they are unaccessible so I was not able to plug my laptop in to charge. Though it was quiet so I was able to work, but because of that I will consider other locations in the future prior to this one. The facilities were clean and looks nice inside. I saw one of the workers cleaning even though the place already seemed clean. It was slightly odd that the kiosk said my food would be delivered to my table but it wasn't. Not a big deal, but inconsistent. The staff was respectful and said sir your order is ready. They have a play place at this location. It was warm in there (during the winter), but like the rest of the dining area there is no accessible electrical outlet.

Would be nice if the person taking your order at the speaker told you at the time of ordering they were only accepting cash BEFORE you place your order and wait for 10 minutes in the drive thru, doing so would reduce their overall drive thru times and better inform the customer BEFORE they get to the window to pay. I saw others drive off before me without their order so it wasn’t a sudden thing, not to mention the guy at the second window had to scold his coworke they needed to be telling the customer when taking the order,

The food was just okay!! Honestly since I’ve been going there for a while now I know that it depends on who’s working depending on how good the food is gonna be!! Like if it is cooked with Love❣️ or Not…. if the food is just thrown together, you can definitely tell!! McDonald’s breakfast is the best!!!! A bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle, A Hash Brown, & A Large Sweet Tea!!!! My FAV!! ❣️🤍🩶🖤💕💖

This is the second time I’ve come here & had them forget my nuggets in my meal deal. I didn’t even want to leave a review but no one is answering the phone! I came through the drive thru today & ordered a hot & spicy meal deal with buffalo sauce as well as the McDouble meal with sweet & sour. We waited for our food & once we got it we saw the fries clearly weren’t fresh, I let that slide because I understand they are busy. But my nuggets are nowhere to be found?? So you couldn’t give fresh fries OR the nuggets that come with the meal? I don’t even like complaining but I’m pregnant & can barely stomach anything else so this just completely ruined my day fr. Please get it together. Update: I’m on my way back now because my mcchicken was not fresh at all. It’s dried out and clearly has been sitting in the warmer for a while, this is unacceptable. They remade my meal for me so thank you

So I spoke with a female manager on the phone after I got my order home. She said she could not hear me so went back to the store where another male manager helped me and was polite about the issues with my order. I appreciated that because things happen, no big deal. The female manager just stood there and glared at me which is ridiculous. She asked if I was the one on the phone so she was well aware of who I was. I even said hello to her, just a long glare back. Very unprofessional because as I mentioned, things happen, but this McDonald's has never been one to brag about anyways. Got my food and left after it was corrected but see photos. Gross! Honestly afraid to eat any of this at this point.
