This coffee has too much creamer and no flavor. I only asked for four creams. It looks like they put put 10 in there. then I paid for caramel drizzle just for it to taste like milk.

A place in Mobile order at this location when arrived they asked me to pull forward waiting for my meal about 5 minutes, came home sat down to eat and to our surprise my chicken sandwich bun had mold. went back to the location spoke to the manager all he said was I'm sorry. I asked how special their workers have to be for them not to see the mold on the bun. Not just this but they always be giving the wrong order or you always be missing food from your order. will not be coming back to this location.

By far the worst mcdonalds around the area, we always have issues with this location. Drive thru and the kitchen are apparently ran by teenage kids who clearly can't count. We ordered 3 meals and waited like 10 minutes to get, you guessed it, only the burgers and fries. When we asked for the nuggets they proceeded to ask for bag of food back. They took each item one by one and asked us to pull forward (by the way taking a whole bag of food back is against health codes, so clearly there is a lack of common sense or a lack of training and cleanliness that needs to be addressed as well). Another 5 minutes, they bring back our food in 4 bags. We asked the nuggets to be in a separate bag since this location also likes to stuff as much stuff into one bag as possible. Again we got 2 out of the three nuggets and our food is at this point cold and manhandled. While asking for the third box of nuggets, you can clearly hear the teenage girls saying that at this point we took 16 nuggets for free. We just asked for a refund i'm not going to sit in a drive thru for cold food while being accused of stealing nuggets, of all things. Procceded to wait another 15 minutes for a refund. The store needs to seriously be studied for being the worst mcdonalds. Be warned this location will call you a thief or short your food. Hope the managers can get this store in check, because we definitely wont be back here.

On 6/7/26, around 2, whatever girl was working thru drive thru on pick up 1 window, was rude. With my order I ordered a med sprite and med coke, i didn’t realize on the screen, she erased the medium sprite, maybe she got confused to take out the sprite, and add the coke instead but she should of asked and when I asked her if she can add it she said no that I had to go back to the drive thru and order it, so I told her if she was serious and she ignored me so I rose my voice and told her next time she needs to pay attention. I think the manager needs to organize her employees on how to treat Customers. It’s always something they’ll forget an order either fries or something and up telling them cause I check my orders before I leave. So haven’t gone up there in awhile because of the same reasons, but today I was close by and had to stop or else I would of gone to the 7th st where they do have good customer service and pay attention to the orders and they tell you have a good day. So yep no more me going up there, don’t matter if I’m hungry and I’m close by I’ll just stop to the other one.

I ordered 3 Large fries, thats all i ordered and they gave me half Large fries. So basically Paid for Large fries and got small fries instead. Never ordering here again. Im so upset
