My favorite McDonald’s I just want to say that the coffee that I order anytime of the day is HOT!!! . My order is always spot on the food is warm and perfect. The customer service I receive is excellent. Gloria & Caleb are polite , professional, and always have a smile.

This is disgusting. I’ll be calling the location manager Monday morning. Whoever is on duty needs more training. When you’re serving people food, it actually needs to be edible.

So disappointing, I feel like money wasted and time. I was first in the drive thru,no customers ahead of me. Placed my order,had it read back to me to confirm. Then had to pull forward as I was told they were waiting on the Quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. Waited awhile then received the order as I started to pull away I noticed that the order was a fish filet and another sandwich I did not order. It was missing 4 of the 6 items I had ordered. Waited again for the right order. Got home to have watered down drinks from waiting. A deluxe tag on on the quarter pounder ,only to find a dry sad cold quarter pounder NOT even a deluxe. Done with fast food honestly not worth it

My family and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop by for lunch/dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to see a McDonald's play place inside! Our kids had a blast for their 1st play session at McDonald's. It definitely brought back sweet memories when I played as a kid in the 90's. The two women handling the cash register inside were very pleasant. One employee was being trained at the register. Both ladies made sure to keep us updated on our order since it was rush hour and went the extra mile to provide great customer service! Our order was accurate and fresh! I hope the two ladies can get a bonus or raise for their great customerservice skills. This took place on August 9, 2025 around late lunch/dinner.

didn’t give a straw or the sauce i ordered, waited at the window for someone to come back, multiple teenage employees stood there, laughing and staring at me and my bf, playing on their phones. i just wanted a straw and the sauce i ordered. drive-thru btw also the only person who seemed to be working was wearing a bright yellow vest & didn’t ignore us.
