This is not a first for this location. Fries were all half full, the sauces that I asked for were not in the bag. The fries that we did get were cold, mushy, and saltless. There is no quality control. Will be avoiding this location in the future.

I feel like if the food isn't going to be healthy , or all that good, it should at least be fast. They kept me and a long line of cars waiting for like 15 minutes. And then when I got to the front they wanted me to wait at a stall! I just drove off... I didn't want a mediocre expensive burger that bad.

This has been our closest McDonald's for several years but I think I won't go back. It's McDonald's, so my expectations are not very high, but I think every surface I looked at today was filthy. Floors, drink station, tables, chairs. Everything. Really gross. What good are those big touchscreen's we're supposed to order from if it doesn't free up people to keep the place clean? (JK I know it's to cut costs ha ha)

Mocha Frappes are always served running down the side of the cup. This location has a management problem, employees are obviously not trained on the appearance of the food. 8 out of 10 times you are asked to pull up to wait even when no one is behind you and then you better check that order because 8 out 10 times they have gotten in wrong! I drive 5 miles out of my way to another McDonalds location and avoid this place
