I'm sorry, but I have to give this a one star. I am so sick of McDonald's doing this. I know they're review might be a little Harsh. But I'm sick of them remodeling all their buildings. They looked terrible now. Why couldn't they leave this one alone? They don't need to remodel every single location. They could keep some of the 70s designs. I'm so sick of McDonald's. I don't even want to eat there anymore. I'm sick of that monring designs they're food. Does it even seem to taste as good either? It's just not the same anymore. And it's a shame because it used to be my favorite fast food place. Now you guys have taking a beautiful place and ruined it. I rather eat some like Texas Roadhouse or something. Where I can at least have a nice dining room experience. I'm sick of all this modern and stuff. It looks terrible. Go back to what made things work. People missed the old stuff.

⭐ 1-Star Review I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but this experience was just too much to ignore. While enjoying my food, I noticed a gnat inside my coffee, completely soaked into the caramel — which means it had been there long before I even got the drink. It was honestly disgusting and completely ruined my appetite. I tried calling the store multiple times to report the issue, but every call went straight to voicemail. Now I have to make the trip all the way back just to resolve something that should’ve never happened in the first place. What made it worse was the service. Several employees had AirPods in, were on their phones, and barely acknowledged customers while taking orders. It felt like no one was paying attention — and honestly, it showed. This isn’t what I expect from McDonald’s. I hope this location takes customer experience and cleanliness more seriously moving forward.

I waited in the drive through just for them to take my order for about 10 minutes before somebody responded. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit combo. With a small Dr. Pepper. When I got to drive through number one, the lady that was taking money. Was more busy on her phone than taking my money. Don't know what she was doing on her phone, but I did not find that professional at all. When I got to window number 2, they handed me my small Dr. Pepper. I waited about 1015 seconds and got my meal and my meal is not what I asked for I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit all I got was a sausage and egg biscuit. That is not what I ordered at all and I paid for the cheese and I not getting cheese.

Early morning female manager shorted me $10 in my change. She argued with me at the drive window even though all I did was circle the building. Not letting down, she finally pulled a $10 out of her drawer. As she handed it to me she told me to never come back because now her drawer would be short. I could tell on my original pass she was having a bad day. No sauce for my burrito and she acted like I was the problem for her bitching at another coworker. Probably because he was the only other employee who bothered to show up to work. If there’s a bad turn over rate in the mornings at this location I could see why. I would hate having to go in this place and work with her. She was rude, insulting and unapologetic. Don’t worry, I won’t be back if I see your vehicle here.

I've always gotten great speedy service no matter of dinning in or drive through. The whole place has always been very clean inside and out even the bathroom . I would definitely chose this place over any other's .
