This is one of the WORST locations for a Mc d . The high vehicle traffic , delivery and student and transient traffic . Makes going thru the drive thru a monumental task . I’m mainly more upset about how the staff is trained . They either don’t care or don’t care . I orders today at this one . The young man wanted me to go back to the drive thru to wait for my order because i ordered via the app . ( Drive thru had a line of cars into the street) he got me the wrong order first time the second one one he hands me my now like warm at best food with 2 BUGS FLOATING IN MY LEMONADE

Lot of Mcdonald's let it go to it seems like this one's one of the better ones I've been to. I've been going here for quite a while. A really nice people. Great attitudes. Food seems to be always on point. I want to thank these guys and corporate. I think you guys should really thank these guys as well. I think they did a great job. And this was at 8:43 PM so I want to thank these guys for the food.

The service is acceptable, but the ordering process takes quite a long time, and some of the cashiers could be more courteous. Having a dedicated staff member at the front to take orders consistently would greatly improve efficiency and customer experience. Overall, the food is satisfactory, but the employees seem slow and not very friendly.

Twice now that I've ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel and they give me something different. At this point at least give me my damn receipt so I can take the wrong sandwich back and get the correct one. It's really not hard to make sure you're giving customers the correct order. Definitely did not get steak like I ordered 😒

The staff here are very friendly. Being on central there’s always an influx of shady people coming through but their staff seem to handle them competently. Is McDonald’s so you know what you’re getting, cheap food. I think it is just as good as any of the other McDonald’s across town. I’d say you’re definitely better off coming during the day.
