“can i get a plain double cheeseburger” “yes” rings it up as plain burger is not plain. burger has condiments and remains of onion (seems like they got everything on there, realized it was supposed to be plain and just scooped the other stuff off and called it a day) also fries were definitely old. tasted like they were forgotten about for an hour then eaten.

everything was fine with my order, i placed a curbside but the app glitched so i went inside to get my order instead, they were busy but helped me fast, the lady that helped me get my order i didnt catch her name but she was grabbing my drink and robert came over to see what it was and i guess she told him not to grab it bc she was getting it and he accidentally bumped into her and she got really mad at him. she even went and embarrassed him in front of the whole crew saying that she already told him to hold off on the drink, i felt really bad for robert he was very sweet to me and didnt deserve to be treated like that. i hope some of the staff gets trained on how to deal with stress during busy times because you dont do that to your team. robert was great.

Employees not even wearing gloves this guy flipped me off after touching multiple different things runs to the fry station and starts working and not wearing gloves very very bad sanitation disgusting One of the workers fransicsco flipped me off by the front counter and it’s all on cameras how talks footage from 2:58 until about 3:30 this is a disgusting attitude and should not be allowed in the store manger should have fired him or sent him home in the spot the store was not to busy for the front counter to be attended to were I was standing and no one was there waiting besides me

Homeless have gotten bad at this location there all around the building while you order. Thats the only down side. The food is fresh and this location is open late which makes it great. They also always offer free additional sauces which no other location im a ware of does that here.

They are quick, but that’s because they give you a half order of fries every time, even though the container is more than twice as big. Easy to be faster when you skimp. Problem is, they don’t give you what you pay for
