Hey McDonald’s, why the actual hell are my nuggets covered in ash lol? Even if it’s not “ash” it most definitely is the sign of a nasty fryer, change out the filter and I promise yall can afford a new bin of oil. Always have a problem with the location the few times I get it but I also expect it. Set the bar low 👍

Two times I have gone to this location and they gave me my burger with no beef patty! It was literally a bun with toppings. I don't understand how this happens. A couple of other things the soda had no flavor, it was just carbonated water. The two stars are for the fries and the employees are pretty nice.

I hate coming to the drive-thru at this McDonald’s at night because the customer service is consistently terrible. Almost every time we come, we get the same rude girl on the microphone who sounds like she absolutely does not want to be there. Tonight, we simply asked if the ice cream machine was working — which, by the way, never seems to be — and she rudely responded with a quick “no” in an irritated tone. I understand not everyone loves their job, but that should not mean customers have to deal with a negative attitude every single visit. Unfortunately, it’s not just one employee either. A lot of the night staff here comes across as rude and unprofessional. I kept trying to give this location another chance even after a previous visit where I was accused of taking the Happy Meal toy out of the box myself, when in reality they forgot both the toy and the fries completely. Instead of apologizing, I was treated like I was lying. At this point, I completely understand why this location gets so many one-star reviews. Management seriously needs to step in and address the customer service issues at night because it’s driving people away.

had a pretty mixed experience at McDonald’s. Some of the team leads came off as unprofessional and honestly didn’t seem like they cared much about the customers or being there. That being said, I do want to give credit where it’s due—Amy, a sweet, tiny girl, was amazing. She was very apologetic and made sure my order was taken care of, which I really appreciated. The girl with braces was also kind and helpful, and the girl at the drive-thru is always nice every time I come through. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff didn’t leave the best impression. One of the team leads (a skinny lady) especially didn’t seem approachable or interested in helping. Overall, it just felt like a lot of the staff didn’t want to be there. I hope management recognizes the employees who are doing their best, because they really make a difference.

I just ate breakfast at the McDonald's on Carlisle in Albuquerque,NM. As I was eating I started feeling sick and went to the restroom. I was in there about 20 minutes because again, I got sick so I was "taking care of my business" . I came out and headed back to my table and began feeling sick again. I told the security guard I needed back in the restroom and that I was about to throw up. Not only did he question how long I was in the restroom the first time, he gave me a hard time about needing to go back in to throw up AND he did all this in front of other customers! I COULD NOT believe I was treated this way and I was extremely embarrassed. The manager tried to tell me he was just doing his job. LOL, Seriously??? That is NOT part of his or any other employees job, to question a customer about why and how long they were in the restroom, and if it is part of his job, McDonalds should be embarrassed and ashamed! Not only am I still sick and feel awful, I'm in complete disbelief that this even occured! Im from Texas and moved here to Albuquerque 4 years ago, and I have just about had my feel with the way Albuquerque businesses treat customers! It's past the point of acceptable in any way and it is a disgraceful look upon Albuquerque. Since I've lived here I've been stolen from, been treated like a thief, been disrespected, you name it. Is this REALLY the way Albuquerque wants to be portrayed? I constantly have people FROM ALBUQUERQUE ask me why on earth did I ever choose to move here! I ask my self that same question every day now.
