Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by McDonald’s this morning and had a great experience. The staff was friendly (Shout out to Adrian!), the service was fast, and my order came out fresh and exactly right. It’s always nice when a quick stop turns into such a smooth and pleasant visit. Definitely appreciate the team working hard and keeping things moving. I’ll be back!

Ordered on the kiosk and I was missing a medium fry and one of my burgers was supposed to be a quarter pounder with bacon but I got a big mac instead. I should’ve checked and corrected it there before I left but the food was still very good. Either way just make sure you double check your bag before you leave. It was very clean inside as well.

*Sorry, I accidentally left this review for another store. The Menaul and San Pedro store is who this review is meant for.* I had a bit of rude service from the drive-thru tonight 5-10-26. Ordered about ten til 11pm before closing and I'm not sure who he is nor did I catch his name on his tag but he might be a manager. Hispanic looking guy, almost shaved head with glasses. Seems to have an attitude when taking my card for payment and when I drove to the second window for my food he handed me my drink first and as I always do, I put the drink in the cup holder right away and while I was doing that he was holding the bag out the window to me and very rude with a bit of hostility was like "HERE!" then backtracks REAL quick with a "enjoy". I get that it's closing time and the car in front of me ordered such a large amount of food that took a while but there's absolutely ZERO reason to be rude to customers and have a horrible attitude. And I feel as if he might had been the reason earlier on in the day or night that somebody might have tossed a soda at the drive-thru window because it looked pretty fresh still. I have seen him once before and he seems to have an attitude all around and doesn't seem to much care and not like his job. Everybody else I have dealt with there has been A-1 and nice but tonight just wasn't it and I'm fixing to not eat at that store anymore all because of ur worker/manager is having a bad night, being rude and taking it out on customers who pay with their hard earned cash to spend at ur store. It may seem petty but never in my life have I had a fast food worker tell me something like that and the way it was directed toward me and said it with hostility. NOT cool and I'll have to think twice before visiting that store again. Which is a shame because it's one of the best stores around and always tastes consistent and fresh. Hope something gets said and done about this because if there hasn't been already, I foresee many complaints in the future about him.

Ive not been to this McDonald's in a few years. I stopped by for a quick bite and was a bit disappointed. I went through the drive thru and ordered something quick, two cheese burgers with some hatch green chile and a small coke zero. I repeated my order twice at the speaker to make sure it was correct as I had to correct the person maning the speaker when they repeated my order back to me but was slightly off then they confirmed my order. I drove to the window and asked the person at the window about my order if it was two cheese burgers with hatch and he said yes. When i went to drive to the second window to pick up my order, I was given one of the two burgers I ordered with my drink. I told the lady at the windown and she said I had to pull to the third window and someone would help me out shortly. I was a bit pressed for time but agreed, I was going there for a quick bite but took longer than anticipated. An employee eventually came over to the third window and charged me for the second item I was missing and brought it back to me granted it did take about 10min or so at the third window not counting the time in the line for the other two windows. The food it self was not bad, drink was crisp and refreshing but wont be going back to this particular McDonald's in this area.

This McDonald's is WAY better than the one on Wyoming and Central. My friends and I decided to dine in yesterday and we had a wonderful experience. The young man at the cash register (I think his name is Bernard) was exceptional. One of my friends is elderly (70s) and Bernard was very patient and kind with him. He served our food out to us in the dining area as well and very professional. This is a location that I would recommend to others. Thank you 😊
