They manage to never get my order right no matter how simple. They mess up your order? Too bad. they don't read your order back so you can correct it. They don't give you a receipt to check if they charged you for what you actually wanted. If you ask them to fix their mistake they look at you like YOUR stupid and still wont fix it. It never fails. I have this exact experience every time I go to this location. Didn't even use my code after I gave them it. Awfuly service all around.

I don’t know who is training the people here, but it should not take 20 minutes of waiting to get two large sweet teas? Especially if staff is just standing around. This McDonald’s has the most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen (coming from someone who has worked in fast food). I have had multiple instances where my orders have been wrong and those high schoolers look high out of their minds.

I normally have a great experience here. Friendly staff and excellent service. Today had a negative experience. I assume it was a new staff member, but when I went to tell a different employee, they closed the drive-thru window on me. Employees were inside giggling like children. I tried to provide feedback on the receipt, but there was no where to give comment. Very strange to have so many positive experiences here, and then a very bad one tonight. I believe my crime tonight was asking what demon sauce is, and also asking to remove a charged item from my order that they are out of. EDIT: I threw out the receipt after completing the feedback from the code. Unless there is a way to access it through the rewards app.

Didn't receive a receipt so can't do the survey. Just went through drive up. Ordered right from your menu..McChicken Deal...yes, the 5.00 meal. Person taking order was confused about meal or deal. Asked for no mayo and no sauce for nuggets. What did I get? McChicken WITH mayo and sauce that was thrown away...waste. Last time to frequent this location I dislike this location.... Indefinitely especially the night mangers!!!!.

I came here just for a doctor pepper and they gave me diet coke well two employees were singing, screaming and dancing. Plus the girl at the second window looked confused. Not a big deal just thought id share 😭
