Today I went there for lunch, placed my online order, and then went through the drive-thru. I want to point out that this is not my first time there; I usually enjoy their fries. However, this time, the fries were a little raw and cold. When I got my food, I noticed they gave me an apple pie instead of a strawberry and cream pie. I decided to park and go inside. When I entered, I explained, and they asked if I was sure (why are they treating me like a liar? But I don't know the situation; maybe other people have tried to lie about it). So I showed the app with my order. And he said, “ah yeah, we don't have that, only apple pie. If they had told me at the window before giving my food, I would have been more understanding.” The way he said that, like you eat whatever we give you, was kinda rude because he stood there giving me no options or anything. That's when I told him, “so you are giving me a cheaper option, so why?” And he said, “or you can wait 12 min.” So I said I’d wait. After 20 minutes (not 12), I had to ask another person about it, and that's when I finally get it… I want to believe it’s just today. But when I finally got to eat my food, I saw they didn't give me a straw, and I asked for extra cheddar cheese; as you can see in the picture, that didn't happen. I'm giving 3 stars because other times have been uneventful.

They mess up my order every time. I ask for simple requests and get the most stupid outcome. Didn't ask me what kids drink I wanted for my daughter just ASSumed she could put another drink in its place now she's screaming and I'm about to go and start having a verbal disagreement with the staff next time my order is wrong they also manage to make discounts and app codes disappear often when providing them at the drive-thru but then complain whenever I give it to them at the window because they continuously mess up at the drive-thru. I always have to ask for my reciept and "taste test" and observed my food because they can never listen to simple requests and jot it down on the gigantic screen they have in front of them. Instead very has a snary attitude of aura and attitude when they are called out for their childish behavior. My sweet tea was handed to me unsweet. I've been handed curdled milk in my coffee before and I assume these people have 0 care for anyone possibly getting sick from being handed food and drinksa that's probably sitting for way over the time limts and I'm tired of this location being the only one in Albuquerque that manages to be this horrible

Michelle Perea at McDonald’s deserves a great review for the way she handles her job. From the moment you walk in, she’s welcoming and respectful, making customers feel comfortable right away. She keeps a positive attitude, even during busy rushes, which really stands out in a fast-paced environment. What makes Michelle especially impressive is her efficiency. She works quickly without sacrificing accuracy, making sure orders are correct and customers don’t have to wait longer than necessary. On top of that, she’s patient and helpful if someone has a question or needs assistance. Her friendliness and professionalism make a big difference in the overall experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about customer satisfaction. Employees like Michelle are a big reason people keep coming back.

Every morning is a wonderful experience! The employees are polite and quick on their feet. They remember my order and have it ready right away even though their drive thru is constantly going! How they manage both amazes me! Yet they do it every day! Thank!

This McDonald's always gives the best fries ever (hopefully they don't change that). The food is good, the staff is kind. The only thing is that when you order in the restaurant sometimes can take up to 7 minutes to get assisted but I think they are improving in that point since last visit took less time.
