Came to this mcdonald’s during work ordered through the mobile and showed up to the window and the guys said that my order doesn’t exist. i showed him in the app that it says my order is ready. Guy at the window is laughing at me and telling me to cancel my order. I can’t cancel my order because the order says it’s ready which i repeatedly told him. I stated “so i’m not gonna getting my food” and he stated “ i guess not”. As i drove off on the app it says the order was picked up at 8:06 pm. Didn’t get my food at all.

Atmosphere was my car and I was in a mood 😄. Service? They took my money efficiently, brought my food out rather quickly. Food...I mean it's tasty but you no longer serve my favorite. I think it was called the hot and tasty with mayo, flippin good. Ok that is all.

At around 6:20 on 10-11-2025 Miss Susanna my wife was instructed by the general manager to take the kid outside because she was being too loud my wife went outside to let my daughter come down went outside my daughter almost fell on a piece of poop that was outside of McDonald's on the front on the sidewalk when the general manager went outside to deliver food to a customer my wife politely informed her that there was human feces on the sidewalk outside of the store that my daughter almost fell on just thought I'd let you know.. the general manager came off rude and said she didn't have time to worry about poop on the sidewalk... Then when my wife came inside and asked for straws she said she could only give her too but we had four drinks when I went up to let the manager know about the two straws Shane for me that she wasn't going to give me that when I asked her for her name and the store number she refused to give me that as well I then asked politely that an apology goes a long way but that she doesn't have to do it if she doesn't want to that is fine but my wife deserves an apology she said no she was not going to apologize I said that's okay you don't have to but the cleanliness of the store also includes the outside as well as the inside and I don't understand the big deal about the two straws I informed her would I be leaving a review and that I think she was unprofessional and that I think she could have handled it better if higher up receive this they might want to get another person in charge my order was 664 table 34 on 10-11-2025 at 6:17 p.m. nobody seemed to have their name tag on except for Mr Tom Tomas is very nice and polite

Just like the other half of this building, time is given and not open... who ever owns this building needs to change the operation time. I arrived at 6am was not open, just like the circle k part. Time says 24/7 was not open.

3 workers inside and none is to attend to you.. avoid going from 23:00 since in their schedule they close at 00:00 but they will never serve you food (they always have some problem with the computer casually). The manager who is Hispanic spoke to me with a very bad tone and with a very rude treatment. Check the cameras of your business and you will see your workers talking or simply doing nothing, please hire people with DESIRE to work and with EDUCATION towards customers
