Ordered ahead through my app at 510am. No one was waiting or in line at the time of my arrival. But still had to wait 15 mins for my order. My apple pie wasn’t even warm. And it was very dry and stretchy.

The food is good and usually right, however as a nightshift worker who comes between 1:30am-3 am it's really frusting because no one answers the speakers for over 10- 20 minutes and then there's a huge line. I always do mobile order so it's easy enough when they answer, but they take way too long to answer. Please hire more people or remind them how important it is to respond to the speakers in a timely manner.

we went to mcdonalds at 10:30pm, we were having a rough night, went to get food. the wait was long however, the worker was super respectful throughout the entire time we werre there. looks like they were super understaffed. so great job to the people working this new years night, and management, hire more people for night crew! you dont want to lose your good workers by over working them!

Ive not been to this Macdonalds in quite a while. I decided to stop by because I was in the area and wanted one of their steak breakfast bagels and ordered just that and a drink only. The drink was correct but I did not get the right food item, I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel which I dont get because they lack in flavor and look empty on the edges of the bagel making some bites just bread. I unfortunately did not check until I got to my destination so I did not bother to go back since it was far. The person at the window seemed, irritated or frustrated. She did ask me if I wanted my receipt with the window half open and when I said no its okay, thank you she shut it. The small conversation was done without any eye contact from her. The parking lot was clean for the most part but very busy with most spots taken. Noise was moderate as it was next to a busy road leading to the highway.

What an absolute joke of a place! The employees have zero personality and no clue what customer service is!! To be told “I said hello but you didn’t saying anything” is the loudest scream you are in desperate need for attention!! And please don’t waste time speaking to a manager - that in itself is another waste of time! Management doesn’t care, they will robotically throw words at you just to shut you up!! When you drive out of your way to go to a further location for better customer service, this speaks volumes on what dumpster fire this location is!! However, I had a lovely conversation with corporate ✌️ and I guarantee the only response will be to fill out their stupid form, that’s the easy way out with zero accountability!!
