This used to be a great location with great service and excellent quality control. DO NOT GO HERE NOW! Last two experiences have been horrible. 20 minutes for 3 items, then went back today to give it one more shot and they weren’t even open! Employees in the parking lot at 7:30AM but couldn’t get in because there was no manager to be found…

On Saturday, May 30, at around 9:05 am I came through the drive-thru as I do regularly, and I wanted to say the guy at the window the employee I asked him his name he said it was Jayden. I just want to say Every time I visit, he is friendly, professional, and welcoming and he always gets my order right. He always greets customers with a smile and goes out of his way to make sure they have a positive experience at McDonald’s. Even when things are busy, he remains patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. That's something that's becoming harder to find these days, and it really stands out. an Employee like Jayden is one of a kind and is a big reason why I continue to come back. He consistently provides excellent customer service and always leaves me in a better mood after our interactions and his service.

First of all I want to start off by saying I was going to call the number that was on the door after we left for feedback or comments and the automated system doesn't even give us an address for this location to choose from. the manager at this location, her name is Selma should be fired and never ever ever ever work in customer service again. she was so very rude to the cashier and she was rude to us, she was yelling at the cashier, belittling her and so very disrespectful it hurt MY feelings for her, and then she had the audacity to yell at us. I had a code from my app that I wanted to use and she had the nerve to tell me the code was no longer valid just because she couldn't figure out how to enter it and that my code was only good for 15 minutes after I pull it up, that was so absurd that I just said forget about it. I was with my grandbaby and so was my friend when my friend mentioned to Selma how rude she was and told her she didn't have to yell at the cashier that way and I said she doesn't even have to yell at the customers that way she rudely just walked away from us. the cashier who was apparently new needed her assistance and Selma yelled to her from the drive thru saying she had asked her before if she needed her and the cashier said no, probably out of fear, and then my friend said why don't you just come and help her, after a few minutes she comes up to the register and she says so rudely what is it i need and if it wasn't for the fact that our grandbabies wanted a Happy Meal we would have left that establishment and never ever ever ever return. Selma damn lucky that we remained calm and she wasn't worth our energy to verbally attack back. when we sat down to eat we could still hear her yelling at the same cashier. she is a rude and disgusting person and everybody who was in the lobby at the time talked about her. I could not understand how your company has such a rude person working as a manager.

Definitely weird. I was told to pull up to the second window. As I passed the first window an older man in a random hoodie was banging on the drive-thru window informing me I'm required to take my receipt. I'd take a look at him if I were a manager. Just saying.

Just left from the drive thru & was asked at the 2nd window what I ordered. I specifically said sausage egg mcgriddle without cheese to the gentleman taking my order and then again at the pick up window. I get to my destination & the sandwich has cheese on it. Ridiculous it was a simple order & nobody payed attention. I never received a receipt either. Seemed like it was abit busy but thats not an excuse for giving making & giving me something I didnt order.
